What you are agreeing to
Completing this form gives Prophoenix Solutions Tech permission to send you marketing about the work we do: organic search, paid media, websites and conversion work, editorial, social, lifecycle email, measurement and mobile number verification. In practice that means occasional notes on what we changed inside an account, what happened to the numbers afterwards, and what we would approach differently a second time. There is no fixed schedule, because we write when there is something worth reading rather than to fill a calendar slot.
Some detail worth knowing before you tick anything:
- You choose the channel. Email, SMS and phone are listed separately and each is a separate decision. We only use the ones you tick.
- Nothing is bundled. Agreeing to marketing is a distinct box from the channel picks, and neither is joined to the act of pressing send.
- Nothing is shared. Your details are not sold, rented or passed to another organisation for their own marketing.
- We record the agreement. The wording you accepted, the channels you chose and the exact time are stored together, so both sides can see what was agreed.
This form is only about marketing. If you have an enquiry about a project, use the enquiry form on the home page instead: we will reply to that whether or not you have opted in here.

Stopping it again
Permission you give here is not permanent and you never have to justify taking it back. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works on one click, and you can instead write to [email protected] and ask us to remove you. A reply to any SMS with STOP has the same effect.
Withdrawal takes effect as soon as we process it, and always inside one working day. What we sent before then stays lawful, since it was sent while your permission was live. After you withdraw we keep one minimal suppression entry, your email address or number and nothing more, purely so that a future list cannot pull you back in by accident. Removing that entry as well is your call, but it does raise the risk of being contacted again in error.
Opting out of marketing has no effect on service messages tied to live work for a client, such as reports, invoices or notices about an account. Those are part of the contract, not marketing.
Your other rights
Alongside withdrawal you may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. The Privacy Policy explains each right, the retention periods that apply, and how to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if our answer does not satisfy you.
